Answer: Our rates are hourly and we work with each client to customize a travel solution program based on their needs.

Answer: All our Drivers/Personal Assistants have passed our criminal and vulnerable sector background checks and have a clean driving record. All staff complete sensitivity/compassionate care training.

Question: Do I have to use a Personal Assistant service during my trip?

Answer: No, we can simply provide inside door to inside door service.

Question: Is your service on demand similar to a Taxi service?

Answer: No, our service is based on pre-booked travel arrangements and not on demand. Our drivers also provide inside door to inside door service unlike curb to curb offered by Taxis.
